Erin began playing Club Soccer for Torrance United Soccer Club GU 11-GU13 in the Gold bracket. She then moved teams and played U14- U16 in Huntington Beach. She played one year with South Coast Soccer Club, and two years with Wolfpack Soccer Club in the Gold and Premier brackets of Coast Soccer League. She then played U17 for Long Beach Soccer Club in the Premier bracket of Coast Soccer League. Erin returned home to play U18-19 for Torrance United Soccer Club Gold Bracket. Erin served as team captain for seven of her years playing Club Soccer. During her years of playing club soccer she participated in many ODP training camps.
She attended Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach where she played four years of Varsity soccer for the Mustangs. While at Costa, Erin helped the Mustangs to two Ocean League titles. Her team advanced to the CIF Division 1 Quarter Finals her Freshman and Senior year, and the CIF finals her sophomore year, as well as the CIF semi-finals her junior year. While at Mira Costa, Erin earned all league honors twice and all CIF honors as a senior. She was named to the daily breeze all area team and South High Christmas Tournament team. She ended her senior year with 15 goals and 8 assists and was team captain.
Erin received a soccer scholarship to play at CSU Dominguez Hills. While at Dominguez her team played in Division-2 NCAA Championship series in 2000, 2002, 2003, & 2004. She was awarded MVP her Junior campaign. While as CSU Dominguez Hills, FRAM CQ Directory of Coaching, Erick "Mizzy" Miseroy was one of her coaches, from him she learned the importance of hard work while having fun. She notes him as one of her favorite coaches.
Erin has been coaching soccer at Mira Costa High School for the past seven years. She has helped advanced the varsity team to many CIF division 1 post season games. In her seven years at Costa, she has coached and developed many top level Division 1 and 2 players. In the past four years, she has helped the Varsity squad win back to back to back to back League Championships. In 06’-07’ they went 10-0 in league.
Currently Erin is finishing up her Physical Education credential and obtaining her Master’s in Education from Chapman University.
