Mizzy played under coach Marine Cano at CSU-Dominguez Hills from 1990-1993.  Originally from Granada Hills (San Fernando Valley).  Currently he the IT  Coordinator at Port of Los Angeles High School (San Pedro) where also teaches Computer  Sciences, and 3D Modeling /Animation courses. Previously, he taught Computer Applications, and Web Design at North High school. While at NHS he coached the Girls program for 13 seasons up until 2006. His resume also includes assisting the CSU Dominguez Hills Soccer program with both the Men’s (National Champions 2000) and Women’s teams, and a year at Long Beach State.   Most recently Mizzy was  the Goalkeepers  coach for the U -15 Girl’s US National Team.

This past December Mizzy decided that running Fram CQ was taking away too much time from his family, so he stepped down as Director of Coaching. Now Mizzy will develop a goalkeeping program for Fram and take over as Director of Goalkeeping. Training keepers is his passion and we are excited that he has decided to take on this role. His expertise in teaching the technical aspect of the position is what has attracted so many high level programs to hire him. His former keepers have played at every level, collegiately, nationaly, and professionally.

Mizzy’s  GU12 CQ team will play U13 Silver this next season; he recently took over the U12 White team and they will play U13 Bronze this comiing Fall 2010.  If you are interested in this age group please contact Mizzy directly.

Mizzy resides in Torrance with his wife Janice and their twin daughters Mia and Bella.

He will graduate out his 19’s this year who he has been with since they were a U 14 Bronze team. Most recently he joined the Silver Elite GU 16 Green and hopes to get them to the Gold Division next year. Mizzy resides in Torrance with his wife Janice and their cute little twin daughters Mia and Bella.
