Ryan grew up in Chino Hills,CA. He played Club soccer for Chino Spirit, Claremont Stars and Cal Heat. The teams he played on won Premier League 2 times, NHB CUP and SURF CUP. Ryan played Varsity Soccer at Ayala High School in Chino Hills, CA for 3 years. He was 2 time All-Sierra League and Team MVP.
Ryan went on to play at CSUDH for 4 years (2001-2004). Some accomplishments while he played at Dominguez Hills include: reaching the National Final in 2001, CCAA Champion 2001, 2002, Goal of the Year Award in 2002. Ryan’s stats include 17 goals and 10 assists in 3 years as a substitute. Ryan graduated in 2006 with BS in Criminal Justice and is currently 2 classes away from completing MA and credentials from U of Phoenix.
Ryan’s coaching experince includes several years coaching both club and at the high school level (South High School and Peninsual High School).
Ryan lives in Manhattan Beach with his dog, Harlee and plays for the mens team DOXA ITALIA.
