Silent Auction Rules:
· Please write your name, Fram team (if applicable), and phone number legibly on the
bid sheet.
· Please abide by the minimum posted bid; however, feel free to bid more than the posted
minimum.
· Please do not bid in increments other than that posted on the bid sheet.
· You are welcome to exercise the "BUY NOW" option rather than participate in the
bidding process. Those exercising the "BUY NOW’ option should take the bid sheet to
the auction monitor who will assist you with payment, receipting, and delivery of the
auction item.
· For remaining items, the highest bid at the close of the auction section constitutes the
winning bid. In event of a bidding war, both guests will be asked to write down a final
bid and whoever has the highest bid wins the item.
· Any items remaining – not bid on – will be put up for auction on-line.
· At the checkout table we will inform you of your winnings and give you a receipt. You can then pick up your items from the auction monitor at the auction tables. Please do not remove any items from the auction tables prior to checkout.
